Description

The Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) is a multidisciplinary program that blends technical expertise with business acumen, preparing students to lead high-performance teams and manage complex projects in industrial, research, consulting, and commercial settings. Master theoretical and practical knowledge, effective communication, and leadership skills essential for today’s global marketplace. Electives from MBA, MS Data Science, MA Leadership, or MS Computer Science courses allow students to tailor their education. The MSEM is the technical alternative to the MBA, making graduates unique and highly sought-after professionals capable of driving innovation and success.

Admissions Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Credentials earned outside of the US must be evaluated by an approved agency
  • GPA of 2.7 or higher
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions
  • Completed application with Carolina University

Graduation Requirements

  • Shall have maintained a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0;
  • Shall have passed all courses in the curriculum and made a C or better professional core courses;
  • Shall have completed at least six of the final nine hours with Carolina University.
