Description

The Graduate Certificate of New Testament and Greek program is designed for those who desire to study the Word of God in the original language and to use that knowledge in preaching, teaching, and ministry.

Program Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of selected New Testament books and Greek grammar
  • Show competence in translating select Biblical Greek texts
  • Conduct research in New Testament and Biblical Greek and present it in an approved research paper
  • Preach/teach hermeneutically-sound messages and Bible lessons

Admissions Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university
  • GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Autobiographical essay giving testimony of salvation
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended schools
  • Completed application with Carolina University

Degree Requirements

  • The maximum time limit to complete the program is 2 years or 150% of the credits, whichever the student reaches first.
  • Graduation is contingent upon the completion of 18 hours of prescribed courses with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50.
